This is one of the classic bluebonnet carpeted pastures that are seen in April in the Texas hill country. This particular shot was made in the spring of 2001 between Burnet and Llano, TX. This was a perfect wildflower day, overcast and still. I got a lot of great wildflower macro shots on this day (see the wildflower gallery).
